접사 '-충'을 결합하여, 노인을 비하하는 말. '노인의 틀니가 딱딱거린다'는 데에서 유래하였다.

Combines "denture" (teul) plus the sound of dentures clacking (ttak) with the derogatory suffix "-chung" — a slur belittling elderly people, from the image of an old person's dentures clattering.
