천룡인

만화 『원피스』에서 법 위에 군림하는 세계 귀족 '천룡인'에서 따온 말로, 잘못을 저질러도 처벌받지 않는 특권층을 비꼬는 표현이다. '가붕개'와 대비되는 말로도 쓰인다.
