'맑은 정신의(sober)'와 '궁금한(curious)'을 합친 말로, 술을 끊겠다고 선언하지는 않되 꼭 마셔야 하는지 스스로 묻고 필요 없으면 마시지 않는 생활 방식을 뜻한다. 무알코올 음료를 즐기는 MZ세대의 음주 문화 변화를 설명할 때 자주 쓰인다.
