짜증 나거나 어이없을 때 내뱉는 감탄사로, 욕설을 직접 쓰지 않고 순화한 느낌으로 쓰인다. '기분 나쁠 땐 샤갈, 좋을 땐 야르'처럼 짝지어 쓰기도 한다.
