‘메이크업의 완성은 얼굴’ 의 줄임 말. 연예인과 똑같은 헤어스타일, 메이크업을 했지만 나는 전혀 그런 느낌이 나지 않을 때 쓴다. 애초에 준비물은 그녀의 얼굴이었다는 사실.

"Makeup is completed by the face" (shortened) — used when the same hairstyle and makeup as a celebrity just doesn't look the same on you. The missing ingredient was always their face.
