'기대 컨트롤'의 줄임말로, 나중에 실망하지 않도록 기대치를 미리 낮춰 두는 것을 뜻한다. 인터넷 방송인들이 시청자에게 '기대컨 하라'고 말하던 데서 퍼졌다.
