계약서의 '갑(甲)'에 낮잡는 접미사 '-질'이 붙은 말로, 힘이나 지위가 우위에 있는 사람이 약자에게 부당하게 횡포를 부리는 행위를 뜻한다. 직장 상사, 고객, 원청 업체 등의 권력 남용을 비판할 때 널리 쓴다.
