육퇴

'육아 퇴근'의 줄임말로, 아이를 재우고 나서 부모가 비로소 자기만의 시간을 갖게 되는 것을 직장 퇴근에 빗댄 말이다. 아침에 육아가 시작되는 것은 '육출'이라고 한다.
